Jack Wilken is the co-creator of INNER SOUND (founded in 1978), a system of sound and therapeutic music for the integration and expression of the emotions.

US Coast Guard Service and operated an underwater diving service.
 
1965-1968
Studied Technical Oceanography at Fullerton as well as other US Navy Schools
 
1964-1973
Received an Associate of Arts Degree in Marine Sciences, Fullerton College, Fullerton California.
 
1969-1973
Taught Technical Oceanography at Fullerton College.
 
1975-1977
Engineering Group Manager, also Customer Service Quality Control Manager, Westsail Corporation, USA. Project Manager for boat building projects in the US and Taiwan including the Crealock 37.

With Arden Wilken, co-creator of INNER SOUND (1978), a system of sound and therapeutic music for the integration and expression of the emotions.
 
1979-1998
Travelled extensively in Australia and the Far East; sailed and lived aboard various sailboats researching the effect of sound and music in different cultures in North and Central America and the Mediterranean.

Investigated and developed a unique system for the use of sound, music colour and therapeutic strobes in the psychotherapeutic process with Arden Wilken and Marc Costa, psychologist and founder of Intergracion Psico-corporal Barcelona, Spain.

Developed a range of psychoacoustic effects which were incorporated into INNER SOUND as SPECTRUM SOUND RESONANCE SYSTEM (SSRS)

April 28 - May 2 - presented SPECTRUM LIGHT SYSTEM (SLS), the result of their investigation into sound, music, colour and therapeutic strobes in the psychotherapeutic process at Third International Congress on Psycho-Therapy, Castelldefels (Barcelona) Spain.

Collaborated on formalization of SOUND TOUCH (1993), a sound healing method for individuals, health professionals, musicians and music educators.
 
1994
June 10-11 - presented SLS at Second International Congress of Wholistic Bodywork and Bodymind Therapy Villersexel, France.
 
1994-present
Creation of visual software as a further development of SLS for eventual commercial production.
 
1998
Collaborated on creation of SOUND TOUCH CD and 120 page instruction manual in English

Co-authored the Inner Sound Correspondence Course

Projects involved development of new psychoacoustic and recording effects to include in further musical compositions; research and development of a "sound bed"
