We have several ways of taking payment from our customers.
Customers purchasing CDs or Tapes can pay by clicking on the
'Add to Basket' button next to the items they wish to buy. These
buttons are linked directly to a Paypal processing page on their
website. You can add or remove items there and also opt to 'Continue
Shopping'. Once you are ready to buy, click on "Checkout"
and you will be asked for a few details that Paypal requires
to complete the purchase.
You are not required to set up a Paypal account if you don't
already have one, in order to buy from this site.
For larger items, we now invoice by email as we are no longer
able to absorb the 3.9% processing fee Paypal charges us on
all sales. More expensive items - such as our training materials
and sets of tuning forks - are calculated on the following basis:
cost of item plus shipping charge plus 3.9%.
We do apologize that it has become necessary to pass this charge
on to our customers but we are a small business and can no longer
practically absorb these charges as a cost to our business.
Customers who wish to pay over telephone are welcome to call
on +44 208 891 3798. Your card details will be processed via
our UK sterling merchant account, so any international orders
will be converted to sterling before deducted from your card.
Your card company will then convert the payment to the currency
of your country. This may lead to a small variance in the final
cost of your purchase which is outside of our control.
Any purchases by cheque can only be accepted in UK sterling
and will be sent once the cheque has cleared our bank account.
In all cases, we aim to send your goods as quickly as we can.
In the event that you order something from our site and we do
not have current stock or are waiting for delivery of stock,
we will email you in the first instance to notify you.
