September 23 - Sound Therapy Workshop: "Why Listen to Music You Don't Like?"
Since Ancient Times the ability of sound & music to soothe the mind and ease our emotions has been well documented. As our knowledge of how our body functions deepens, so our understanding of the benefits sound has on our physical and emotional well-being increases.
Discover why it's often the music we don't like that has the most therapeutic benefit for us and experience for yourself a relaxing sound therapy treatment using both tuning forks and music

Workshop Description: Relax with Sound Therapy in 5 Minutes! Use tuning forks to reduce stress & improve relaxation at all levels of the body. Easy to learn - ideal for personal & family use. Hands-on practice accompanied by simple instruction for both stress management & tension release. Starter kits with manual are available (£60-105)
Half-day workshop - no experience or previous knowledge needed.

October 4 - 5 - Tuning Fork Practitioner Training, Basic Level. Price: 120.00 (tuition only)
Course Content: History, use and effect of tuning forks as a tool in sound therapy; INNER SOUND Spiral of Fifths set, Personal and OM Tuners; Treatment Programs & Guidelines; Giving & Receiving of Treatments; 7 Energy Matrices & their uses; Practical experience, giving and receiving a treatment.
Learn how to use the 13 INNER SOUND Tuning Forks personally and as a relaxation treatment for others. Tuning forks are an optional additional cost.

October 31 - November 2 - Autophonetics Training, Basic & Advanced Levels. Price: 185.00
Course Content: Autophonetics is essentially a vocal technique that combines working with your body and your voice to re-tune your whole system. A fun, relaxing and informative workshop that teaches you how to gain greater self-awareness and express yourself through using your voice.
Basic Level: Uses 5 elements which promote the release of tensions in the body (neutralizing, opening, breaking, flowing and integration) that form an integral part of the INNER SOUND Motifs and the musical structure of the INNER SOUND CDs. Advanced Level: you work in a more focused way with your voice, using 21 INNER SOUND Motifs developed by Arden Wilken.

INNER SOUND is an original method of sound therapy developed to help release & integrate emotional 'blockages'. Learn about the INNER SOUND 'Motifs' - 21 distinctive musical rhythmic patterns that create different mental, emotional, physical & energetic effects that help improve health & well-being.
Course Content: Introduction, Uses & Enhancement Exercises for 21 motifs & 12 Life Themes. This weekend combines both theory & practical experience to facilitate student learning.
